| Notifications | A dashboard indicator that displays read and unread organization notifications related to alerts, recorders, video sharing, and user activity. |
| Switch Organization | A feature available to users who belong to multiple organizations that allows them to view and switch between organizations using a hierarchical menu with organizations details, search and favorite (pin) options. |

| Channel Partner (CP) Organization | An organization used by integrators or MSP's to manage multiple End User Organizations and provide service and support. |
| Demo Organization | A preconfigured organization used for demonstrations and training purposes only. |
| End User (EU) Organization | An organization created for the customer or site owner where devices are deployed and monitored. |
| My Organization | An organization settings page available to administrator's for viewing and managing organization details, security settings, general configuration, and branding. |
| Org ID | A unique identifier assigned to each organization in myDW, used for support, device registration, licensing, and backend reference. |
| Organization (Org) | A logical container within myDW used to group users, devices, subscription keys, and services under a single entity. |
| Organization Creator | The user who originally created the organization. In some cases, this user is automatically assigned the organization owner role. |
| Organization List | A centralized view that displays all registered organizations, including organization name, organization level, Org ID, sub-organization count, user count, recorder count, and camera count, with options to add, edit, delete, or enter organizations. |
| Organization Owner | The primary administrator of an organization. This user cannot be deleted unless ownership is transferred to another administrator. |
| Sub-Channel Partner (Sub-CP) | A child organization under a Channel Partner used for regional offices, departments, or managed service teams. |

| Administrator | A default user group, all permissions enabled. |
| Deactivate | An action that allows a user to remove their own access to an organization and its contents. Deactivation can only be performed by the user from my profile settings. |
| Default User Role | A predefined set of permissions that determines what actions a user can perform within an organization (e.g., Admin, Viewer) |
| Invitation | An email-based request sent to a user to join an organization. Initiations are valid for a limited time (7 days) and must be accepted to gain access. |
| My Profile | The user's personal account page used to view account details and manage profile information, notification preferences, login settings, and display theme. |
| Remove from org | An administrative action that removes a user's access to an organization and its contents. |
| User | An individual account invited to an organization with defined roles and permissions. |
| User Groups | A user-defined group that controls system access by assigning specific myDW user roles and recorder permissions. |
| User List | A centralized view that displays all users within an organization, including user details and invitation status, with options to search, add users, remove users, or resend invitations. |

| DW Spectrum Cloud Account | A cloud identity used for DW Cloud Spectrum services that can also be used to access myDW via SSO. |
| Forgot Email? | A recovery option that allows users to retrieve their registered email address via SMS by entering the phone number saved in their profile settings. |
| Forgot Password? | A password recovery option that sends a reset email to the entered email address with instructions to create a new password. |
| Remember Email | An option that saves the user's email address and automatically pre-fills it on future login attempts. |

| Recorder | A supported DW Recording device (VMAX, DW Blackjack, or COVA) connected to myDW for monitoring, video share, and reporting services. |
| Recorder Groups | A user-defined grouping used to organize recorders for easier management and reporting. Merged DW Spectrum servers cannot be separated into individual groups. |
| Recorder List | A centralized view that displays all registered recorders, including recorder type, online/offline status, software version, web and client access, registered host, associated cameras, and options to edit or delete recorders. |

| Alert | A notification automatically generated when a monitored device reports an issue such as System, disk, or video-related event. |
| Alert rule | A user-defined configuration that determines when alerts are generated by selecting applicable recorders or groups, alert categories, threshold conditions, and notification recipients. |
| Alert Severity | The priority level assigned to a health alert to indicate impact and urgency (e.g., warning, alert, and critical). |
| Critical | The highest-severity alert triggered when a monitored condition exceeds defined thresholds and requires immediate attention. |
| Warning | A pre-alert status indicating that a condition is nearing an alert threshold. |

| Alert History | A centralized view that displays active alerts by device and category, shows the most recent alert activity, and provides access to previously closed or resolved alerts. |

| Video Share | A cloud-based video library that allows users to upload, organize, and share video clips from registered DW recorders within the organization or with external users. Videos can be filtered using hashtags. |
| Video Share Comments | User-posted notes associated with uploaded videos that can be marked as important and pinned to the top for visibility. |
| Video Share Information | A details view for an uploaded video that allows users to review video metadata, manage and control sharing settings and users, edit tags and view descriptions, and perform actions such as renaming or deleting the video. |

| Help About Menu | A section that provides access to platform information such as version details, open-source software notices, the End User License Agreement (EULA), and options to report issues to developers. |
| Help myDW Guides | A library of instructional videos and documentation that provide overviews, initial setup guidance, feature tutorials, DWAIN information, and platform documentation. |
| Screen Recording | A built-in support tool that allows users to capture up to a five-minute screen recording, with the option to upload to video to Video Share (EU), save it locally, or send to tech support (CP). Microphone audio is supported; system audio is not recorded. |
