Cannot log in to HSE

Problem: System will not take User name or password.

Solution:

1. check to see if MySQL or MariaDB is running, use the task manager > services.
2. If a password is unknown or forgotten call C2P for further instructions. May require a new install.
3. To change a password call C2P for instructions. 800 252- 6840 x 1
Note: Password1 is entered automatically during the CTP install.
Solution: uninstall the HSE and then reinstall from scratch.
