Improvements

When added to DW Spectrum, all channels are displayed regardless of the camera connection for that channel.
Missing item has been added to the Add Permissions Group page in the web client.

Camera title is cut off when viewing live in web client. Fixed.
Re-registration required when adding or removing cameras to update the channel list in DW Spectrum. Fixed.
Channel numbers are different between DW Spectrum and what is displayed directly at the device. Fixed.

**NOTE: Unzip/uncompress the firmware file before copying to the USB thumb drive.
