Hardware Changes
As of November 2023, DW Blackjack 2U and DW Blackjack 2P units will be undergoing hardware changes.
- The new hardware now uses 20TB drives, expanding storage options up to 240TB raw storage.
- The operating system (OS) will now be stored on two (2) 480GB NVMe SSD drives with a RAID 1 configuration.
- Motherboard includes two (2) 1GB Ethernet Ports (onboard), now with additional four (4) 1GB Ethernet Ports (expansion board).
- Maximum raw storage option increased up to 240TB (max. of twelve (12) 20TB SATA HDDs).
- RAID storage options now include OS RAID 1, Data RAID 5 or RAID 6.
- USB interface now includes a single (1) USB port in the front panel and two (2) USB ports in the rear panel.
- Video output is now one (1) Mini DisplayPort in the rear panel; a Mini DisplayPort to HD adapter is included.
- Nvidia Quadro video card.
- 800W Dual Power Supply.
- Dimensions changed to “18.97 x 28.4” x 3.41” (482 x 721.62 x 86.8mm)
