Disclaimer Statement
Depending on site requirements and the security needs of the customer, additional software packages may be added to DW Blackjack Server products beyond the applications that are provided by Digital Watchdog. Software such as VNC, AnyDesk, ConnectWise, or full versions of TeamViewer are some examples of remote monitoring software that are commonly used.
DW Blackjack Servers come pre-installed with Windows IoT or Ubuntu desktop operating systems optimized to allow the server to run at its best while supporting your system. Adding third-party software may not always install properly or may require additional packages/dependencies. Installing third-party software is done at the user’s own risk.
Digital Watchdog Technical Support does not support or troubleshoot issues related to third-party software failing to install or run properly on any system as these instances are often unnecessary for the DW Blackjack product to run properly for its intended purpose as determined by the manufacturer. Technical Support advises to instead contact the software developer for any issues regarding programs that do not already come with the server. This includes and is not limited to installation of the full version of TeamViewer in replacement of the Quick Support version that comes pre-installed.
