Collecting Logs
Log files track the internal actions performed by DW Spectrum components. They are a crucial part when investigating an issue as they can help technicians to understand possible causes of the problem.
There are multiple ways for an administrator to retrieve Log files from a DW Spectrum System such as using the desktop client interface or going directly through the file storage directory in the host computer.
This article will outline how to manually copy logs through the application file directory.
