Channel Partner (CP) Organizations

When a Channel Partner (CP) user would create an End User (EU) Organization, the CP User would automatically be registered as:

Customers would observe Digital Watchdog or another unauthorized account listed as the Organization Creator.
The Organization Creator (Owner) could not be deleted.
- To resolve this, users needed to:
  1. Navigate to Profile Settings > Organization Settings
  2. Transfer ownership to another administrator
  3. Delete the old DW or unwanted account

Temporary Administrator role
- A CP User who creates an EU Organization is now granted temporary administrator privileges for 30-days.
Assigning EU ownership during Organization creation
- If the CP User invites an EU user during the creation of an Organization, the invited user will be registered as the Organization Owner. This allows the DW account to be removed immediately.

If other Administrators/Owners exist, CP Users are automatically removed from the EU Organization after 30 days.
If the CP User is still the Owner after 30 days:
- Case A: If there is no other Administrator in the EU Organization, ownership is automatically transferred, and the CP User is removed.
- Case B: If other Administrators exist within the EU Organization, ownership is automatically transferred to the oldest existing Administrator account.

CP User Access (No Admin invited)
- Timeline: 5 days after the EU Organization was created
- Notice: The CP User will receive a message prompting them to invite a new Admin if none exists in the EU Organization.
EU Admin (Owner) Access (with an Active Owner)
- 10 days before the CP Admin’s 30-day expiration date.
- Message Box Options:
  - Keep: no expiration is applied; the CP User remains as the EU Organization’s Admin.
  - Remove: the CP Admin role expires automatically after 30 days.
  - Decide Later: a message box appears at the time of login before expiration.
  - No Selection by Expiration Date: the automatic 30-day expiration date is enforced.
