Special Instructions & Comments
- Use the DW IP Finder application to detect and have the camera from using DHCP to a Static protocol.
- Open DW IP Finder and use the Scan function to detect the camera. If your camera is using any of the firmware versions below, follow these steps BEFORE updating the camera’s firmware.

- The camera’s default IP address should be “192.168.1.80” and DHCP enabled by default.

- Double-click on the camera to open the Camera Settings window.
- Enter the camera’s default username and password (admin/admin).
- Change the camera’s network protocol from DHCP to Static then click the Apply button to save the changes.

- Search for the camera again and manually change its IP address, netmask, and gateway information as needed.
- Enter a new administrator password, apply the changes, and proceed with performing the firmware update.
- Restart the IVA plugin manually after completing the firmware upgrade.
