myDW Product Compatibility Notice

DW Blackjack Compatibility Requirements
DW Blackjack models are only compatible with the myDW Cloud Service when under all the following conditions:
- Using DW Spectrum IPVMS version 5.0, 5.1, 6.0 and newer.
- Using Windows 10 and newer
or
- Using Ubuntu 18.04 and newer
myDW Compatibility List
Recording devices are limited by the capabilities of their component parts. Processors, graphics, storage, operating systems, determine if server hardware can support newer versions (5.0 and up) of DW Spectrum and myDW.
Use the tables below to determine recorder compatibility with myDW:
