Previous Hardware Version: S/N range 2406190000 and lower

Hardware Changes
As of August 2024, 4K PTZ cameras (DWC-XPZA08Mi) will be undergoing hardware changes. The different hardware versions can be identified by inspecting the camera’s serial number (see table below).
- The new hardware will now include 24V AC dual power support in addition to already having PoE support.
- PoE power consumption will be lower.
You may refer to the table below for a comparison between hardware versions.
