The red overlay or red tint appearing on an IP camera's display is most likely being caused by the default IVA Intrusion rule.

 

 

How to Remove the Rent Tint?

 

 

  1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the DW IP camera.
  2. Sign in with your credentials.
  3. Once signed in, go to the "SETUP".
  4. Locate the "IVA" settings tab.
  5. Choose "Rules".
  6. To remove the default intrusion rule:

    • Click on the "DELETE" button.

 

 

 

 

If the camera still displays a red tint when viewed through DW Spectrum, please follow these steps to refresh the Plugin:
 

Access the Camera Settings:

  1. Right-click on the DW IP camera you want to configure in the resource tree or the viewing area.
  2. Select "Camera Settings" from the context menu. 
  3. Click on the "Plugins" tab.
    • Select the "MEGApix Ai/IVA.ANPR" button on the interface, then click on the "Refresh" button located on the right side of the interface.
